Safety Troy Polamalu anchored that back end for quite sometime as Backer "Potsie" James Farrior of Wahoos Nation (former Jets 1st Rounder) anchored that front seven. They both will tell you without hesitation our job was made easier by the likes of #99, #91, and #98 Casey "Honey I ate the Purple Browns" Hampton among others.
#99 was consistent on the playing field but will be missed more in that Steelers Locker Room. The Career Numbers for the original "Fear the Beard" #99.
"Fear the Beard" #99 Black & Yellow Career Numbers:

Look Steelers Heads he was great and I hope some of the young players learned from him as Cam Heyward has finally arrived and next up is 2nd year DE Stephon Tuitt. #99 will be missed but we all know that "Elephant in the Room" #43 has to fall within days and I hope Troy does the right thing and just retires as a Steeler!
Good Luck #99 in your next phase and keep that Website with the Pics rolling as once a Steeler always a Steeler!
