Look to get a "Chip" you have to make your living on the defensive end and in the crunch getting major "Stops" when need be! On this night the Bulls didn't and paid dearly as the Bulls were down by 8 after one, by 8 at the break 63-55, and the O-Magic broke it open at the end of the 3rd with a 93-78 lead.
The Bulls Bench Mob got the deficit to six 102-96 with just under five minutes to go behind Nikola Mirotic (11 pts), Taj Gibson (9 pts 6 rebs) , and Aaron Brooks (12 pts). The Bulls then went small leaving Brooks, Tah, and Niko in with D-Rose and Jo All-Star and kept within range.
It was two Jo missed free throws with the score 109-104 O-Magic and buckets by Victor Oladipo and Channing Frye that sealed it for the Bulls, right after the missed moving the margin to nine 113-104. The Magic go onto win 121-114 as they shoot a robust 59% from the field and only committed ten turnovers.
The O-Magic was led by "Big" Nikola Vucevic (33 pts 11 rebs) and Victor Oladipo (33 pts) as Vucevic was going right at Pau Gasol including a thunderous dunk that got everyones attention. The Magic moves to 14-27 as the Bulls fall to 26-13 including a disappointing 13-8 Madhouse Record and that does not bode well come game after mid-April!
Gasol led See Red with 28 points grabbing fourteen boards with D-Rose adding 18 points and seven helpers...
