The Milwaukee Bucks are heading back to prominence and take note of that. Now we need the M.E.C.C.A. and that rubber diamond playing surface and those 70s-80s candy-striped jerseys along with Don 'Nellie" Nelson coaching playing "Nellie Ball"! What do you NBA Heads know about Brian Winters, Junior Bridgeman (currently has a bid in to buy the NBA Atlanta Hawks), Sidney Moncrief, Alton Lister, Randy Bruer, Terry Cummings, Paul Pressey, Paul Mokeski, and Larry Krystoviak to name a few...stop it Blueduede and I see you ole skool Bucks Nation!
As we fast forward to January 24, 2015 the new Milwaukee Bucks are taking shape playing Team Kidd Hoops. The Bucks on this night slowed down the surging Motor City Pistons playing S.V.G. Hoops led by Under Armour Basketball Pitch Man and Compton, Cali Southpaw Brandon Jennings. B-Jennings would apparently go down in this one with a lower-leg injury in the 3rd after scoring 16 points.
The Bucks down 28-23 after one used a 40-21 run in the 2nd frame to open things up and they never looked back. Yes Kris Middleton and Brandon "Knight Rider" Knight combined for 30 points but it was all about the Bucks Bench.
O.J. Mayo the former Grit and Grind Tenant of Memphis had a game-high 20 points off the pine with four money balls. Jared Dudley of Boston College Hoops and John "Beer Town U.S.A. Plastic Man" Henson both dropped a dozen as the Fear the Deer led by as many as 26 in the 3rd 91-65.
Bucks go onto win 101-86 as the Pistons were led by Jennings 16 and Anthony Tolliver's 12 points. Bucks hit those magic numbers of 50-50-80 shooting 50% Fg, 64% 3pt FG, and 80% from the stripe. Pistons know good and well Teams cannot playing on their floor shoot that well and Detroit wins coming out of the motel.
Bucks move back over .500 at 22-21 while the Pistons fall to 17-27....Jennings Injury if its serious would be a blow to the Pistons at this juncture in the 82-game trek!
