The Detroit Lion get their man in Purple Browns O-Coordinator and former Colts Lead Man Jim Caldwell. The Lions now get a Man who has coached both Peyton Manning and Joe Flacco as QB who have on a Big Bowl. Caldwell was Dungy's O-Coordinator when Manning beat the Bears and was Ordinary Joe's O-Coordinator. He brings a calm demeanor and a certain type of professionalism that might even win over Lions D-Linemen Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley.
