The Memphis Grizzlies since acquiring Shooting Guard and former O-Magic 1st Rounder Courtney Lee and calling up James Johnson from the D-League they have started to head north. The Grizz hold of a resilient Hawks Bunch 108-101 as Team Grit & Grind follow the lead of Mike Conley Jr. and Z-Bo.

The Grizz get six players in double figures along with nice shooting percentages to beat the Highlight Factory as Grizz PG Conley Jr. goes 21 points and thirteen assists. Grizz PF Zach Randolph aka @macBO50 adds 18 points and twelve boards as both Mike Miller and Courtney Lee chip in with 15 points playing for the "Grind Father" Tony Allen who adds to a recent collection of DNP's Lead Man Decisions. Conley's play has kept the Grizz afloat as he is amongst the Top 12 Point Guards in the Logo for 2013-14.

The Hawks get another big time performance from SF/PF Paul Milsap (21 pts 6 rebs 6 asst) as well as his partner in crime Jeff Teague (20 pts 5 asst). The Hawks need a 3rd wheel and that 3rd wheel was All-Star Big AL Horford who is out for 2013-14. The Hawks did get 15 points apiece from Demarre Carroll and Mike Scott but the Hawks will need a blue-collar effort from here on out to get W's.
