The Carolina Panthers started out the gate slow as that #1 Defense in Point Allowed looked as though they were going to give the Bucs some points. After settling down on both "D" and "O" the Panthers up just 7-6 reel off 20 unanswered with their Methodical Approach to hammer their NFC South Rival 27-6.
Panthers QB Cam Newton has a good day minus those two INTs throwing for 263 yards on 18 for 29 and two in the Bucs End Zone. The Panthers also get nice ground totals from Cam and RBs Mike Tolbert and Jonathan Stewart as they combine for 28 carries and 155 yards. Both Panthers WRs Brandon LaFell and Ted Ginn Jr. catch Pigs with Sauce for the Panthers two Passing TDs.
The Bucs move the Pig early but after they got into the Panthers Red Zone or close the Panthers "D" did what they do...FG or nothing. Bucs Rookie QB Mike Glennon made a few plays but the Rook at some point needs his "D" to step up and give them a lead instead of always playing from behind. Now I ask the question with the Bucs 2014 high Draft Pick do you draft a QB?
Panthers move to 9-3 as they await the Saints game on Monday Night as Who Dat is in Seattle at 9-2 with the Hawks 10-1. The Yucs will fall to 3-9 and cement themselves in the race for that #1 Pick. Will #FireSchiano Trend on Twitter after Week 17 or will he be saved by the Bucs and the Glazers?
No one in the NFC wants to see the Panthers..no one!
