It was a normal night out on the Hardwood for the Regulators OKC as the ride right through the Mile High City undeterred and get a somewhat easy 105-93 win that was really never threatened. The Thunder led just 52-44 at the break and stayed the course as the Nugs made some subtle runs that were null and void when you have @kdTREY5 and Uncle Russ at the Controls.
KD led the Regulators with 30 points while grabbing a half a dozen Oranges. Point God Russ Westbrook messed around and almost got a Triple-Double with 21 points, thirteen boards, and eight helpers with Serge "Air Congo" Ibaka putting his usual Double-Double together with 17 points and ten boards. They were the only three Regulators in double figures but it was all OKC needed. Four OKC players off the bench had at least six points and that was the difference.
The Nugs get a solid effort from one of the more underrated front court players in the Logo JJ Hickson as he led the Nugs with 20 points and fourteen boards. Nugs Point God Ty Lawson had 17 points and waited on thirteen tables to add to his Top 10 in the Logo Assist Total. Chandler and the MAN-imal add 13 points apiece while KRYPTO-Nate chips in with 12. The Nugs just didn't have enough firepower to overcome the Thunder's Big 3. On top of that getting out rebounded by 10 and shooting well below the 50% mark from the field won'/t get you too many W's playing in front of the Home Folks.
