The San Antonio Spurs come right back after a tough home loss on Christmas Night to the In-State Red Nation Rockets to come right back strong to beat a game Mavs Bunch 116-107. The Spurs had balance and just all hands on deck and that is why they are so tough to defend and coach against because you never know outside of Parker, Duncan, and Ginoboli who is going to have a big night.

Well tonight for Spurs Community it was former UNC Tar Heel Danny "D.G. of AT&T" who grabbed the Spurs Spotlight vs Team Shark Tank the Dallas Mavericks. Green had 22 points off the bench and 5 for 5 with the Dagger Money Balls. Spurs PG TP9 of Peak USA Scooby Doos led S.A.S. with 23 points and Dunc added 21 and 13 and next time I will just say another double-double.    The Spurs shot nearly 50% from the field and above 80% from the line.

The Mavs couldn't get over the hump just trailing 58-51 at the break. They just couldn't grab a lead and run away with it as Dirk led the Mavs with 25 points, Ex-Spurs Big Dejuan Blair dropped 14 and 11 vs his old mates as he had plenty of motivation. Monta Ellis added 23 points and six assists and Vince Carter 20 in the loss.

The Spurs move to 23-7 as the Mavs fall to 16-13 as they have been struggling the last few outings...
