The Hawks go into the "Madhouse in the Southeast" and takes it right to then the first place Nashville Predators for a 3-1 win moving the Hawks into sole possession of first place in the Central.

The Indian Head got on the board first with a Brandon Saad score in period one making it 1-0 Hawks. Darling stopped 32 of 33 SOG with Preds net minder Pekka Rinne stopping 28 of 30 SOG. Hawks move to 18-8-1 with 37 points leading both the Preds and Blue Notes as they have 36 points apiece.

The Indian Head will continue it's four game Motel swing in New Jersey vs the "Devs" on Tuesday December 9 and then the "Spokes" on December 11th with the Isles on December 13th before getting back to the Madhouse for the Flames of Calgary on December 14th.
