The Cleveland Cavaliers knew they would have to get into the fight wit LeBron as the Heat wanted no part of King James getting a "W" in his 1st game back in the 305 after he left the Heat. Li-Ning Star and Marquette Warrior Great and Chicago native Dwayne "Wade County" Wade turned the clock back on the Cavs giving them the Christmas Stocking Business with a game-high 31 points, five assists, and five boards.
The game was controlled mainly by the Heat as the Cavs tied the game up early in the 4th at 80-80 and the Heat ended the game on a 21-11 run. The run was culminated by Luol Deng's and the "Circle City Strangler' Danny Granger's inspired play down the stretch. Deng added 25 points and Granger nine points. Heat went onto win 101-91.
The Cavs were led by King James of course with 30 points and eight assists with Point God Kyrie Irving adding a cool 25 points. It was the "Hustle Board" where the Cavs lost at as the Heat simply wanted it more.
The Cavs shot 33 free throws to the Heats 17 but missed a dozen of those 33 and that also led to the loss poor foul shooting. Heat moves to 14-16 as the Cavs fall to 17-11...
