After the L.A. Dodgers blanked the D-Backs last night 6-0 what would they have in store for an Encore as Zack Greinke was on the Hill for the "Boys in Blue" versus D-Backs Ace Wade Miley. The Dodgers again with all that Firepower smack the D-Backs 8-5 as Greinke was bringing it from the hill.

The Dodgers #2 Ace went 5 1/3 innings allowing one run on eight hits as he struck out eight. The lone run Greinke gave up was a Solo Shot to Pinch-Hitter and CF A.J. Pollock. Besides that offering he was tremendous. The D-Backs Starter Miley wasn't so fortunate getting hammered in five and giving up five runs on eight hits as he walked three and struck out four. Dodgers First Baseman Adrian Gonzlaez dba A-Gon picked up where he left off last night taking Miley for a Two-Run Blast in the 2nd for Dodgers 2-0 lead. " Boys in Blue" add two more in the 3rd and one in the 4th to lead 5-0 before that Solo Shot by Pollock. Dodgers Hot Corner Juan Uribe went 3 for 5 with two Ribbies and a run scored as he is at a .367 average out the gate.  

The D-Backs made a late rally putting up a crooked number three in the bottom half of the 9th trailing 8-2 as they made it 8-5. Dodgers Captain Save-A-Game Kenley Jansen gets his 3rd save of 2014. The Dodgers move to 8-4 while the D-Backs fall to a dismal 4-10.
