Halos LF J.B. Shuck got things started early vs Tigers Ace Max Scherzer as he took Scherzer for a Lead-Off Bomb to make it 1-0 Angels. The Tigers then get two back behind Nick Castellanos two-run HR in the bottom of the 2nd to make it  2-1 Tigers., The Motor City Kitties would tack on three more runs singled out in the 3rd, 5th, and 8th as they hold on to beat the Angles 5-2.

Motor City Kitties Mad Max Scherzer (1-1) went seven allowing that Lead-Off HR as his only run given up with three hits and a walk with nine Strikeouts with Halos Star OF Mike Trout getting the collar (4 Ks). Halos C.J. Wilson went five allowing four runs on seven hits striking out four but giving up two Bombs as he was saddled with the Loss. "El Hombre" Albert Pujols of the Halos went deep in the 9th for HR #6 in 2014 as he starting to see his Power Surge come back.

Tigers move to 8-6 as Victor Martinez , Austin Jackson, and Bryan Holiday each had two hits with V-Mart going Solo Bomb in the 5th. The Halos fall to 8-9 as Shuck and Pujols each go Solo Shot and Trout strikes out four times.
