The Arizona Diamondbacks didn't need LHP Wade Miley to go No No on Wednesday as they put it on the Buccos 10-2. The D-Backs put up crooked numbers in frames one, two, and four to cruise to victory. The hitting star was D-Backs CF A.J. Pollock who went 3 for 5 with two bombs, three hits, three runs scored, and four ribbies. Miley went 6 2/3 allowing two runs on five hits striking out five and three free passes. The D-Backs move to 6-3 as the Pittsburgh Pirates fall to 3-6.
The St. Louis Cardinals said enough was enough from the Red Legs as they break out in the bottom half of the 5th Inning to put a four spot up and never looked back as they treat Reds Starter Homer Bailey. Behind first baseman Matt Carpenter's 2-Run Blast in the 6th ( 4 for 5 with two runs and two ribbies) the Redbirds blew out the Reds 10-0. Cards Starter Jake Westbrook went the distance allowing five hits,. three strikeouts, and four base on balls. Reds Starter Bailey was cruising until he lost focus in the 5th. Both Teams leave the series 5-4.
The San Francisco Giants have the best Starting rotation the Bigs and it just got better if #5 Starter Barry Zito continues his assault on Hitters he has faced in 2K13. Zito goes seven strong giving up seven hits, four Ks, and one base on balls as #OrangeOctober is turning into #OrangeApril with a 10-0 win over the Rockies. He is looked like his old self well he Oakland Athletics Self when it was Zito, Mulder, and Hudson doing their thing. MLB and Gigantes Star Back Stop Buster Posey went 3 for 5 scoring two runs and knocking in three ducks off the pond. The Giants have played well in 2K13 and of to a NL West leading 6-3. Rockies Jeff Francis got rocked in this one as he last 1 2/3 innings and on the hook for seven runs with four earned. The Rockies are 5-4 in 2K13 as they have been playing well up to today's performance.
