The NFL Season is off and running thanks to Wednesday Nights Throw Down at Met Life Blue as the 'Boys up end the G-Men 24-17. Week 1 also features Top Teams playing in Top Games like the 49ers travel to Lambeau for a mid-Afternoon Tilt. Colts and Andrew Luck travel to Soldier Field. Tom Brady and the Pats to Nashville to take on CJ28 and the Titans.
 
Can't start without talking about It's a QB Driven League with Rookies and 2nd Year Players starting everywhere with Cam of the Panthers, Gabby in J'Ville, Locker in Opryland, Tanneyhill for the Aqua Boyz 305, Wilson for 12 Zone in the Q, Ponder for the Purple People, Weeden for the Dawg Pound, and of course Luck and RG3 for Blue Swagger and 'Skins nation respectively. There are No New Brands at the Top of the Sunday Signal-Caller Heap but in the Middle to the Back QBs trying to make a name for themselves on Sunday.

Week 1

BLUE SWAGGER @ Da BEARS: The Bears know exactly what is coming to them the #1 Pick in the 2012 Sunday Draft and he is the Real Deal McCoy. The Tampa 2 will be ran so Luck knows what's coming also but  one can't simulate Personnel only Scheme in Practice. The Colts also have to worry about that New 3-4 Defense that was implemented under New Lead m,an Chuck Pagano. That is a Whole lot of New vs a Bears Team that looks poised to make a Run.

The Bears need to attack that Colts D ASAP with RB Forte downhill mixed in with that New Vertical Passing Game featuring Cut's new Toy the Marshall of Cook County. The Bears D will be coming with Pressure so Luck will have to be Decisive in the Pocket but he has "IT" Bears so be on Ready 5 Alert.

WINNER: BEARS in a close one 27-20 as Luck proves to be It and the Bears have way too much Offense

DIRTY BIRDS @ ARROWHEAD: The Chiefs have to be worried about All-World Island Brandon Flowers of Beamer Ball Va Tech Blacksburg. He has been listed as Probable and look what rolled into Town...Matty Ice, Gonzo (in his Last Hurrah at Arrowhead), Julio, and Roddy with a Redwood Tree Sized Legs of Michael "Burner" Turner. The Chiefs need to be at Full Strength vs the Falcons or they will have No Shot at Stopping the Dirty Duds.

The Chiefs Offense has Weapons in Pro Bowlers RB Jamaal Charles (coming off of Knee Surgery) and WR Dwayne Bowe aka D-Bowe. 3rd Year Tight End Tony Moeaki also is back healthy after being put on IR for most of 2011. QB Matt Cassell has to be the One that Looks the Part vs the Falcons or the Chiefs will struggle. Rookie Pro-Bowl Safety Eric Berry is back so that Secondary could be a Problem for Matty Ice if Flowers is a Go and close to 100%.

WINNER: FALCONS 31-21 because of all that Offensive Firepower and a New Up-Tempo Style Offense

BIRD GANG @ DAWG POUND: The Eagles appear to be on a Mission and  they have re-tooled that Defense with Vick and Company loaded on Offense. The Dawg Pound will feature Rookie RB Trent Richardson and Rookie QB Brandon Weeden who looked like National Lampoon's Sunday QB all of Pre Season and in Practice to. The Eagles if they play straight up should be fine.

WINNER: EAGLES 34-10

'SKINS @ GEAUX SAINTS: I know its RG3 Time but in the Superdome it is Brees all the time and the looks of that 'Skins D lookout 'Skins this could be over before the Replacement Refs make a Bad Call sometime Early in the 2nd Frame. RG3 will be Fast on that Fast Surface but the Saints aren't exactly shutting People down on D either. The 'Skins have to find them a Running Game and to off set RG3 and any kind of Passing Game.

The Saints look like they might have some reinstated Players but no matter who plays on Defense it will be an Offensive Explosion. RG3  set back an enjoy #9 go to Work on your Defense like a Lab Rat who just got injected with the Creepies.

WINNER: GEAUX SAINTS 45-17

RAMS @ the BIG ASSEMBLY Line FORD Field: The Rams come in with a Confident Jeff Fisher and a Good-Looking Sam Bradford. They also have RB Steven Jackson  in that Back Field. Losing Rookie DT Michael Brockers is a Big Loss considering he would have started. Luaranitis and Long will have to lead that D vs the Explosive Lions Attack that has an abundance of Weapons on the Outside.

The Lions will have to find a Running Game soon as they will win this Game but QB Stafford will not make it through a Full Season throwing the Pigskin 50-60 Times an Outing. Watch for the Madden Curse it will be lurking.

WINNER: LIONS 30-13 too much Staff to MEGAtron, Burlison, JOMBOtron, and Young

PATS @ MUSIC City: The Titans and Lead Man Munchak will get the Pats first and he gets to also see what 2nd Year QB Jake Locker will do vs an unknown almost entirely new Defense of the Patriots. Good thing for the Titans CJ28 says he is back and that's a Good Thing. The Titans D will have its hands full but the Pats seem to be one-dimensional an have no Run Game at least from what I saw in the Pre Season.

The Pats will attack all over the Field and Brady had 5 Weapons that we know about including the New Brandon Lloyd. Gronk and Hernandez will be a Problem. The Defense is Young at the DE and LB with Chandler Jones and Don'ta Hightower looking to get their Number called early and often.

WINNER: PATS 27-24...close than one may think with CJ28 on the Field

JAGS @ PURPLE PEOPLE: QB Gabby vs QB Ponder. MJD will have limited carries. PERCYland USA Harvin will have a Touch nearly on every Snap and be all over the Kicking Game. It will come down to who wants to Stop who on Defense. Check your Local Listings for this one.

WINNER: Check Red Zone....

CIRCLE the WAGONS @ MET LIFE Green: Do you really think Gang Green just looked Bad in the Pre Season or are the Wheels starting to unravel for Ryan and Tannenbaum? Tebow will be starting after the Steeler Game when they get Drilled but before that the New Bills will come into Town and do work. Stevie Johnson at WR and Fred Jackson at RB with Fitzpatrick at QB. The D has good Young Corners but the Jets only have WR "Original" Tone.

The Jets Defense also doesn't look like what it use to be outside of MLB David Harris and Revis Island who will be getting away with A lot with these New Refs.

WINNER: BILLS 23-3 they will dominate the Jets in every Phase

AQUA BOYZ 305 @ RELIANT in Harris County Texas: This one might get away from the Phin with Rookie QB Ryan Tanneyhill going against that 3-4 Defense of the Texans...Not Good. RB Reggie Bush will not be able to do much and the Phins as we saw on Hard Knocks on HBO have No Outside Threat on Offense.

The Texans will be testing out everything on the Depth Chart and QB Schaub with Foster and Dre 305 along with TE Daniels is a Menacing Thought as the Aqua Boyz 305 try to find Solace and Peace in this Match Up.

WINNER: TEXANS 38-13..Fantasy People start everything Texans

12 ZONE @ RED ZONE: Rookie QB Russell Wilson played well but the Regular, Playoff, and Super Bowl are 3 Different Phases all getting Tougher as one moves along. The Seahawks have built a Nice 22 and the Cardinals have also built a Nice 22 but its on the QB because it is a QB Driven League.

Wilson will be there for the Hawks but who will it be for the Cards...Skelton will get First Shot.

WINNER: SEAHAWKS 20-10

PANTHERS @ PIRATE SHIP Tampa: Cam will get a Fresh taste of the New Bucs under Lead Man Greg Schiano. The Panthers look to have WR Steve Smith and RB DeAngelo Williams looks to be Probable.

The Panthers will try to establish the Run and the Bucs New D in the Pre Season looked to be up to the Task as they looked Faster and they are Younger. Bucs QB Freeman lost some El Bees and he will be under Heavy Scrutiny all Season if he starts slow. Look for Panthers MLB Kuechly and Bucs Rookies RB Martin and SS Barron all three will be Starters.

WINNER: PANTHERS too much Cam and WR Steve Smith as Cam starts where he left off

GOLD RUSH @ LAMBEAU: One of the Bigger games of Week 1 and arguably the NFL and NFC's Top 2 Teams. The Niners D headlines going against A-Rog and that Packers Offense should be a Sight to behold. Vice Verse the Niner New Offense with New Pieces everywhere versus the Packers New D with a Player shifting here and there with something to prove inn 2012.

It will com down to who wins the Turnover Battle and who makes the Big Plays when they are there to get. It is a Challenge for Both this Early in the Season but its 1 of 16 so you can put Stock into if you want to but the Objective is to Win all 16.

WINNER: PACKERS 30-27 a Mason Crosby FG from Deep to win it
