The Senior Circuit Post Season is almost set as the Atlanta Braves clinch at least a NL Wild Card Berth and now who will be the 5th Team in the NL Tourney?
The Defending World Champion St. Louis Redbirds are in the Catbird Seat with a 4 1/2 Game lead on the Boys in Blue with 7 Games to play. The Cards have help themselves by winning 4 in a row and 8 of their Last 10 Games. They have been hot down the stretch and so have the Atlanta Braves. Redbirds will have Money Pitcher in Right-Hander Chris Carpenter (pictured) from Shoulder Injury in Playoffs
The Red Legs and Nats are in a Fight for the NL's Best Record and Home Field Throughout the Senior Circuit Part of the Tourney. Both Teams are 93-61 with exactly 8 Games to play. The Nats finish with 2 @ the Phightin' Phils 3 @ Redbirds and Home for 3 with the Phightin' Phils. The Red Legs with 2 vs Brew Crew, 3 @ Buccos, and 3 @ Redbirds. There will be no easy out shuffling through the Last Week and a Half.
