The Oakland Athletics come into the Halos World for a 4 Game Set leading the AL Wild Card by 1.5 Games, trailing the AL West leading Rangers by 3.5 Games, and lead the Halos in the Division by 2.5 games.

The Halos have been Hot of late going 9-1 in their last 10 Games but trail the Rangers in the AL West by 6 Full Games, the 2nd Place in the AL West A's by 2.5 Games, and they are only 1 Game back for the 2nd Seed in the AL Wild Card.

Both Teams know at least the Halos Know catching the Rangers is almost going to be an impossible Feat. The Head to Head Match Ups are Key to make immediate ground and the Halos have a 4 Game Set to make all the Ground they want to make up on the Team ahead of them in Both the AL West and Wild Card. The A's are still looking at the AL West Crown but must take care of Business vs the halos before they find themselves back into a Fight for the AL Wild Card and out of the AL West Race. Te A's have been doing it with Young Starters all season long and it will continue as they get Lessons in Pennant Races and September Meaningful Baseball. The Halos will have Haren and C.J. Wilson going in the Opener and Getaway Day but no Jared Weaver will be an Issue and is the Issue for the Halos going down the Stretch. 

While the A's and Halos battle the AL West leading Rangers get the Day Off Today and host the AL Central's 4th Place Tribe from Cleveland for a 3 Game Set. The Rangers have to be pulling for the Halos as they Rangers will be taking care of some Business in Arlington, Texas.
