Are you kidding me they should have gave former Spurs Assistant and "Pops" right hand man Mike Budenholzer the NBA Coach of the Year Trophy back at the All-Star Break. The Hawks out of nowhere as they even surprised Hawks Nation ran off with the East best record and #2 best record in the "Logo" at 60-22.

We know its a players league and Budenholzer had four 2014-15 All-Stars but that is besides the point as it was the scheme and the "Spurs Way" the resonated all over that Hawks 2014-15 roster. Budenholzer Ball also set the franchise record at 60-22 as he best that old record by three at 57-25. Let's take a look at the Voting for 2014-15 NAB Coach of the Year dba "Fight for Red" at Bluedude Sportstalk the Red Auerbach Trophy.

360 Degrees...

In 2013-14 Coach Budenholzer without the services of All-Star PF Al Horford for most of that season was 38-44..do the numbers in the 2014-15 season talking win differential...Trophies! The improvement of young PG Dennis Schroder and all those All-Stars is a credit to those players believing in Budenholzer and that is not an easy thing to accomplish!

Kerr led the Warriors to a franchise record 67 wins in 2014-15 building off that foundation of the Warriors playing defense by previous "Dubs" lead man Mark Jackson. They are the 31 overall seed in the "Fight for Larry" and anything less than a trip to the NBA Finals would be a huge disappointment in the Bay!

Kidd took over for Larry Drew or you know that story and led the Bucks to a #6 seed in the east. They have loads of young talent as they lost maybe 2014-15 Rookie of the Year Jabari Parker right before All-Star Break to a Torn ACL. They release embattled "Big" Larry Sanders with all his issues and trade the "Knight Rider" Brandon Knight to the Phoenix Suns in a four-team trade that landed the 2013-14 Rook of the Year Michael Carter-Williams. All that in an 82-game trek and the Bucks still manage to get into "Winning Time"....hats off to J-Kidd!
