The Minnesota Timberwolves had the right game plan for the 93 Octane Golden State Warriors it's just that thy maybe short a horse or three. The 'Wolves kept it as close as most would hope for playing the Warriors but lose 106-93 and the score was no indication on how close the 'Wolves really were in this one.
Behind 30 points from Klay-T and 22 points and fifteen boards from the General Lee of Run T.L.C. and Iggy of Planet Oracle's 20 points and floor game the Warriors beat up the 'Wolves by thirteen points. The Warriors only shot 20 money balls and hit eight on their way to a 50-47 lead at the break. They stretched that lead to 79-71 at the end of three. The Warriors were 0-8 in the 1st half but caught fire like only they can from the "Land of Plenty" and coming out of the Motel. They hit 8 for 12 in the 2nd half including Klay-T going 5 for 6 in the Final Frame to open things up for G.S.W..
The 'Wolves get 25 points, sixteen boards, and six assists from Kevin Love the "Lake Oswego Monster". K-Mart adds 23 points while "La Pistola" 'Wolves PG Ricky Rubio added 7 points and seven helpers and "Brew Crew" Brewer added 18 points. Simply not enough Top End Talent to deal with the Warriors as G.S.W. PG Young Steph had just 5 points on 2 of 8 from the field as he usually puts up eight shots midway through the first frame.
The Warriors move to a strong 4-1 and the surprising 'Wolves fall to 3-2 but they are headed in the right direction.
