The Denver Nuggets came in with Jab, Jab, Pot Shot, and was bringing it to the Thunder. After all the fireworks and at the end of Regulation it was "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler vs Tommy "Hit-Man"Hearns as the Thunder played the Marvelous One and eked out a 115-113 "W".

The Regulators survived a shoot-out in Thunder Alley as the Nugs gave them everything they have but an "L". Nugs Point God Ty Lawson by way of Tar Heel Nation and Oak Hill Academy VA has to be mentioned amongst the Elite PGs in the Logo from here on out. "LAWdawg of Mile High" went for 29 points and eight helpers as he drove that Mile High Whip. The problem was OKC has KD and Russ and you don't as they both meet at the summit and go O-Zone Layer on the Nugs.

KD of Nike Basketball goes 38 points, eight boards, and six assists. Russ of Jordan Brand added 30 points, twelve boards, and seven helpers as they drove OKC to this win. The Nugs did get a Monster Night from PF JJ Hickson as he went 18 points and nineteen boards but his production combined with Lawson wasn't nearly enough to over come OKC's Favorite Hardwood Duo.

Yes the Thunder had a +15 from the Arc advantage but the Nugs were just 25 of 43 from the Line and a Team in the Logo can't miss 18 from the Stripe coming out of the Motel and expect to get a "W"...you just can't.

OKC moves to 7-3 and the Nugs fall to 4-6 as New Lead Man B-Shaw has them playing the right way.
