If it were a regular Season Affair the Tampa Bay Rays Starter David Price would have been l after five maybe six. He didn't have his quality stuff and the Rays paid for it losing 7-4. It wasn't all on Price as the Rays had their chances and they just didn't come through like they have been in  the last week to two weeks.

Price went seven and allowed seven runs on nine hits including two-Solo HRs to Carmines DH David "Big Papi" Ortiz and that was lefty vs left as Big Papi is October Hardball Verified and Certified. Big Papi's 8th inning Solo Shot (HR #2) added some insurance for the Carmines. Price struck out five an issued two free passes. The Rays got to Carmines Starter John Lackey for four runs on seven hits through 5 1/3 innings. It was the Boston Pen that locked up the Rays heading home in this one.

The Rays get Two RBI from First Baseman James Loney as Loney, Desmond Jennings and Yunel Escobar each had two hits. The Carmines Heros at the Dish were the aformentioned Ortiz and All-Star and Captain Dustin Pedroia who led with three RBI. Now the Rays head back to Tampa for a Monday Game facing elimination from here on out. If they win Monday then it's Tuesday and if we go 2-2 back to Fenway on Thursday for a winner take all. For the Rays that word "MO" has left their Clubhouse and they must get it back ASAP!
