The Minnesota T'Wolves finally get rid of David Kahn the President of Basketball Operations when they should have done this at least four seasons ago. Remember when Kahn drafted Ricky Rubio in 2009 at #5 followed that by Syracuse PG Johnny Flynn at #6 followed by Ty Lawson (traded on Draft Day to Nuggets ) at #18 and at #28 UNC Shooting Guard Wayne Ellington. Look real close at those Picks and the best Pick so far plays in Denver in Ty Lawson as both Ellington (now with Cavs) and Flynn (out the NBA) are malcontents. Now you see why the T'Wolves were not going anywhere under Kahn's watch...no where. Now Former T'Wolves Coach Flip Saunders has agreed to become Minority Owner and President of Basketball Operations. Timberwolves Hoops...and lucky they have the "Lake Oswego Monster" in Kevin Love. The Worst 1st Round I have ever seen and the Matt Millen (Former Detroit Lions GM who kept drafting WRs) NBA Version of a Draft.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are putting one of the Greats in their Ring of Honor. Current NFL Network Analyst Warren Sapp and 2013 NFL HOF Inductee will join some great ones in Bucs Country. The Apopka, Florida Native by way of the "U" was dominant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and that famed "Tampa 2" Defense. #99 will be joining Players from the "Old Sombrero" like Defensive Tackle #63 Lee Roy Selmon of Boomer Sooner, Tight End #88 Jimmy Giles, Late Great Coach John McKay, and Left Tackle #74 Paul Gruber. Sapp-Man was all of that and the Prototype NFL Defensive Tackle big with agility and fast Feet as he was virtually unstoppable in the gaps.
