The 2013 NBA Draft Lottery is upon is at least the good part which is who will get the #1 Pick in the 2013 NBA Draft that has the same guy from pick #1 through let's say 20. Every draft is different and this one appears to be no consensus number one, up to three or even four players could go number one, and there will be some foreign influence throughout the 1st round.

The Teams that will have a chance to win the lottery are teams that are a piece away from getting back in that top eight. Then there is those Teams that are bottom feeders that reside or have permanent address at the bottom and in the lottery and only time will tell.

The 2013 Lottery Teams from the Highest Percentage to win to the Lowest Percentage to strike Gold:
Note: Percentage of Lottery Balls in Parenthesis (pictured top right UK's Nerlens Noel and bottom right UNLV's Anthony Bennett..the Bluedude's Top 2 on the the Bluedude Sportstalk 2013 NBA Draft Board)

2. #mikeCATS (19.9%)

3. @CavsDAN (15.6%)

4. #SunsNation (11.9%)

5. #NOPelicans (8.8%)

6. #SacTownKINGS (6.3%)

14. #SaltPalaceJAZZ (0.5%)

The Magic are loaded and oozing with young talent like Center Nikola Vucevic, and Wings Tobias Harris and Mo Harkless...and just because the Magic lost a lot in 2012-13 season doesn't necessarily mean they are a lock for that #1 Slot.

The Charlotte bobCATS turned mikeCATS about to turn back into the Original Hive Drive. Jordan got the Pick in 2012 right but that Head Coaching Spot in Charlotte has a Whole in it...whose next?

The Cavs have All-Star Point God "Kyrie for Mayor", Tristan-T, Tyler-Z, and Mr. Waiters of South Philly...Imagine they win and trade down or go after my top 2013 Player on the Board Anthony Bennett of UNLV.

Phoenix needs almost everything except Dancers...the Valley of the Sun Hoops used to be Top Notch.

The Hornets now Pelicans of NOLA made strides and if they get #1 who would you pick to go 2012 #1 Overall Pick Anthony Davis? Nerlens Noel (same guy) Ben McLemore (Austin Rivers) or Mr. Bennett or even trade out to get another pick.

Kings...well they are staying in Sacramento and let's leave well enough alone. They will have REKEhavoc (Combo G Tyreke Evans) dangling for all takers come draft time...he can flat-out play but doesn't like Locker Rooms.

Pistons Prez Joe-D has a plan and laugh if you want to as the Motor City Hoops is about to start heading back north under these names...Stuck, Knight Rider, G-Monroe, Mr. Drummond (and no not that version your thinking about), and Singler.

The Wiz have their future in the back court with "Do the John Wall" and "B2 from the Lou" Bradley Beal. Imagine Hoya Paranoia SF Otto Porter Jr. a slick Small Forward in that former Hoya Paranoia Star Jeff Green now of the C's.

The T'Wolves finally realized the man that was drafting for the 'Wolves was doubling up on the same groceries in David Kahn. He is now resides in Lake Minnetonka and the 10K Lakes Boyz have pieces starting with Franchise Player Kevin "the Lake Oswego Monster" Love. They also have "La Pistola"..Ricky Rubio as well as valuable imports like Nikola Pekovic and Alexey Shved.

The Blazers starting five is  Solid led by Rip City's #1 Train..the L-Train LaMarcus Aldridge. They drafted 2012-13 Rook of the Year in PG Damian Lillard and they just need some reinforcements.

Sixers had a bad dream in the 2012-13 season called "I see Drew Bynum everywhere but in a Sixers Jersey" and he hurt his knee bowling...yes he came from L.A. with no Thinking Cap included. They need a Big who doesn't shoot Money Balls (Current Sixers Big Spencer "Boss" Hawes has an allergic reaction to the paint )

Dinosaurs (Raptors) are coming and they have assets everywhere...who would you garb and how close can they get to that #1 Pick as they didn't lose enough..Lol!

Mr. Shark Tank has some Major Cap Space and it looks like "Dwight of Three Stripes" won;t be looking at Big D. The Draft really won;t do them anything for an Upgrade but they will take a long hard look at the Beer Town Lefty...Bucks PG Brandon Jennings in Free Agency.

The Jazz is going to let both Al Jefferson and Paul Milsap walk?  Remember they have former Lottery Picks Derrick Favors and Enes Kanter as they are itching to get major minutes. Jazz in a nice situation as the Draft Lottery for them is just a formality.

2013 Draft Lottery from NYC starting at 830pm ET on ESPN...For those Fans whose Team is in the Lottery Annually...your "Winning Ticket" is in the Machine..Good Luck!
