The New York Yankees are trying to keep their most-prized possession in the Bronx now that #2 is getting close to "Father Time" things could get dicey. MLB Super-Agent Scott Boras represents Cano and Boras is known for driving up already High-Prices for his Star-Studded Clients and the Yanks have to be concerned dealing with Boras like every other Team in the Show. Now enter S Dot Carter (pictured left) and that Jay-Z Magic that is seemingly untouchable.
Cano reportedly has fired Scott Boras as his Agent and has moved over the Jay-Z's New Sports Firm called "Roc Nation Sports". Now Hov's New Agency is under the Umbrella of the well-known Top- Shelf Agency called Creative Artists Agency that represents small fries like Orange Crush Signal-Caller Peyton Manning and current Bronx Bombers and 161st and River Street Royalty Captain Derek Jeter. C.A.A. is also closely affiliated with the Knicks, the Bully of MSG..'Melo, "Get Shots' J.R., and Knicks Lead Man Mike Woodson. With Hov being a huge Yankees Fan and he and Cano having a great relationship the Deal should get done with both sides getting what they want.There is no doubt Cano is their best of the Yankees now and the future at only 30 years old. He just capped off being the 2013 World's Baseball Classic MVP and was 4th in the AL MVP Voting in 2012 behind 2012 AL MVP Miggy of the D, Trout of the Halos, and Beltre of the Rangers. Look for more and more athletes to start signing with "Roc Nation Sports" as anything with S Dot Carter behind it is a Win Win Situation.
