The New is never good when talking about your Ace or your Closer or anything from the Bump. Well the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and the St. Louis Cardinals both get horrendous News on Tuesday.

After avoiding a Line Drive in Sunday Night's Game vs the Rangers in Arlington...Halos Ace RHP Jered Weaver reportedly dislocates a bone in his non-throwing elbow. If there was any good news that was it the Injury occurred not in his throwing arm. He looks to be out at least a month if not longer.  Halos LHP CJ Wilson and Company must hold the Fort down until Weaver comes back and that may be a tall order.

New from the Bump in Baseball Town USA..St. Louis Mizzou is that Closer Jason Motte has a Ligament Tear in his throwing elbow and anytime you here ligament and elbow in the same sentence that dreaded word Tommy John Surgery comes into play. The Redbirds will reportedly shut him down and then in a few weeks get a 2nd look to see if Tommy John is the only option. Bad News for the Redbirds as they will now go to Closer by committee and try to stay close to those blazin' Red Legs of Cincy.

The "Dodgers Blues" no more as Hanley Ramirez works his way back to the Dodgers line up. That Thumb Injury suffered in the World Baseball Classic is on track and hopefully the Boys in Blue can get their Hot Corner back before the start of May one would think. With Hanley in that Dodgers Line Up it makes it that more dangerous to get through as they have some top flight Maple, Ash, and Bamboo in that joker.
