LONDON 2012...You want Top End Action...it's at the BEACH in LONDON...as in Women's Olympic BEACH Volleyball...and the FINAL is All STARS and STRIPES...May-Treanor/Walsh-Jennings vs Ross/Kessy...USA vs USA GOLD Medal Match

I know you have heard these names in US Women's Beach Volleyball...Kerri Walsh-Jennings and Misty May-Treanor. But the US has another Set of Gold Medal-Minded Beach Volleyball Players in April Ross and Jennifer Kessy. If you haven't now you have heard of them both and all Eyes will be on the Gold Medal match as both US Teams square off as they needed a little bit of Good Luck in the Semis to advance.

Walsh-Jennings and May-Treanor were down 13-7 to the Chinese and stormed back at one point going on a 10-3 Run in the 1st Frame. They led most of the Time in the 2nd Frame until the Chinese took a 17-16 Lead and then a 19-18 lead until May-Treanor and Walsh-Jennings ended the Contest on a 4-1 Run.

Ros and Kessy really had to dig deep as they were facing the #1 Seeded Brazilians as they gave up the 1st Frame 15-21. Came back to get the 2nd Frame 21-19 and the Last Frame to 15 was edged out by Ross and Kessy as it seemed Julianna and Larissa had nothing left in the tank in the 3rd Set.

The Championship is set for August 8th at 9pm London Time and 3PM Central Time.

This will be the last Olympics for May-Treanor/Walsh-Jennings as they have left their Legacy all over Women's Beach Volleyball over Google Earth.

360 Degrees on Misty and Kerri....Misty wore All NIKE Products and Kerri wore All OAKLEY Products. Yes the US Olympic Team is All Nike but some Athletes may wear what they are endorsed by in Competition. For Example Team USA Women's Basketball Player Candace Parker wears ADIzero Crazy Light 2.0 because she is endorsed by Three Stripes but most of her Teammates wear the Swoosh.
