The National League Central will most likely be won by the Cincinnati Reds as they continue their onslaught on the NL and the Central. The Reds now lead the Central by 6 Full Games over the Buccos as the Pirates try to stay ahead in the NL Wild Card.

The Nats are staying on Top of the NL East but the Braves seem to be locked in on catching them instead of just the NL Wild Card. The Nats are Only up 4.5 Games and the Braves will be running them down until the Nats clinch the East.

The NL West is tied once again and neither the Gigantes or Boys in Blue want to assume control of that Division leaving the D-Backs with the Door open and they are at .500 as we go to Press.

The Mid-August Power Rankings in the Show...Top 5

1. REDS (70-46) because they are Hottest
2. NATS (72-45) When is the Strasburg Shutdown?        
3. DODGERS (64-53) If it is Offense..it's the Boys in Blue
4. BRAVES (67-49) Leader in NL Wild Card but still in reach of NATS

5. BUCCOS (64-52) their Pitching has been Up n Down of late
5. GIGANTES (64-53) Can't seem to get Hitting n Pitching together
5. REDBIRDS (63-53) you forgot....we have the Trophy

Team or Teams with a Wild Card Shot....

6. D-BACKS (58-58) was right there then cooled off...will chase the NL West Leaders

Those Top 8 or so Teams will be in the running for 5 Spots and Spots 4-5 will have a One-Game Playoff to decide who plays on....
