The Bucs and Glazer's Family, who also Own Manchester United Soccer Club and Yes that is some Carnival Cruise Lines Ships Full of Dough, went the Unconventional Route and tabbed State School of New Jersey "Rutgers" Head Football Coach Greg Schiano Lead Man for the Bucs. A discipline Coach to say the least we are about to see what the Bucs are made of real shortly.

With the New Sheriff in Town Schiano QB josh Freeman was told back in OTA's lose the EL Bees or I will find someone else to QB the Bucs. Now we have a Slimmed Down Version of Mr. Freeman which has nothing to do with Reading Defenses, making the Proper Audibles, and overall Decisions. They have RB LeGarrette Blount and 1st Round RB Doug Martin from Boise State.

On the Outside to help Josh they go Spend Cash on Former Bolts WR Vincent Jackson. He along with Mike Williams and Arrelious Benn, who I think would be better in the Slot and liken him to Anquan Boldin, rounds out the WR Corp.. They also pick up Peyton Mannings Colts Roommates and Dude Dallas Clark.

The O-Line is Solid with Zuttah, Pro Bolwer OG Carl Nicks (former Saints OG and Pro Bowler), and RT Jeremy Trueblood.  That Group will be challenged by the Sheriff to keep Josh 2.0 Upright so he has no excuses when something goes terribly wrong.

The Defense is still waiting on Gerald McCoy to Wake up and realize he is not in Norman Oklahoma. Clayborn (2011 1st Round Pick) of Kinnick Stadium Fame is a Real Treat and looks the part on on the D-End. They paid Black at LB Cash and Big Red Lincoln 2012 2nd Round Pick LB LaVonte David should be an Impact right from September 9th. The Secondary has Star Potential with Aqib Talib when he is on the Field. Wright is a Gamer at the other Corner and 2012 1st Round Pick Mark Barron will look like a Pro Bowl Safety from Jump Street. He is from Nick Saban School of Defense in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
