The US lost for the First Time in Years in the 4x400 Men's Relay as they had the Lead on the 3rd Leg only to get passed on the last 120 Plus Meters on the 4th Leg.
It was a Team from the Caribbean but it wasn't Team Jamaica but Team Bahamas who shockingly caught the Americans and get the Gold. The Team of Brown, Pinder, Miller, and Mathieu get it done with a 2:56.72.
Team USA looked really good for 3 Legs and even a 4th until the Last Kick where it looked like Taylor had nothing left for the Shorter Bahamian Runner. Team USA was represented by Nellum, McQuay, Mance, and the aforementioned Taylor. USA ran a 2:57.05
Trinidad & Tobago gets 3rd and they ran a Nice Race as they were chasing both the Team USA and Team Bahamas. They ran a 2:59.40. They were led by Gordon, Solomon, Lendore, and Alleyene-Forte.
The Host Country Great Britain just missed 3rd by .13 to Trinidad & Tobago.

LONDON 2012 CARIBBEAN FLAVA....4x400 Men's Relay....Team USA in the Middle of a CARIBBEAN Sandwich....the BAHAMAS gets GOLD, US takes SILVER, and TRINIDAD & TOBAGO gets BRONZE....US held 1st in this Event for 60 Straight Years.
