The Halos came into their 3-Game Set with the rangers knowing they have made up some major ground and now the Calendar has turned to August the Plot thickens in the AL West.

The Orange County Freeway Hammer hits 2 Solo Jobs and Rook Sensation CF Mike Trout his a 2-Run Shot as the Halos move within 3 Games of the Rangers with a 6-2 Victory.  With the Halos having their Ace going in Jered Weaver there was no better time as he went 6 1/3 and gave up 2 Earned Runs and scattered Only 5 Hits as he goes to 14-1 on the Season...GotALCyYoung?

The Rangers on the other hand get a nice Outing from Left-hander Derek Holland until the Turbulence Light came on in the 6th when the Halos touched him with 2 Homers by Pujols and Trout. That chased Holland and the halos add 2 more in the 7th.

Now with 2 More games left in the Series the Rangers get one of their Aces to the Bump in Yu Darvish who has struggled of late. The Starters for the next 2 Games in the Ballpark at Arlington:

The Getaway Game features the One that left Texas via Free Agency in the 2011 Off Season in Halos LHP CJ Wilson. The Rangers get to see their Trade Deadline Front Line Pick Up in Cubs RHP Ryan Dempster who they picked up yesterday right before the 4pm ET Deadline.
