The Eagles reportedly from ESPN get the news today that President Joe Banner after 14 Years will step down as President of the Eagles but stay on a Strategic Advisor to Owners Jeffrie Lurie. Banner was the Architect for the Eagles  and has done a marvelous Job but you are judged by Lombardi's. That Trophy has eluded Philly for awhile and maybe they put the weight on Lead Man Andy Reid's Shoulder as though you Win or you have to to go Reid.

Now the Eagles will split up that load between Lead Man Andy Reid and Eagles GM Howie Rosman. the Eagles are in a good place though as they have most of their Players secured for the 2012 Season in which Big Things are expected out of the Linc Boys.

Bears RB Matt Forte tells NFL Network he doesn't want to be paid the Highest Salary as a Sunday Running Back but would like to be paid amongst the best.

The Bears are notorious for not paying a lot of their Key Guys as though they are looking to use Forte until they get a better RB. The Bears have already sent a message to Forte when they grabbed RB Michael Bush of the Silver & Black. The Bears say it is to protect Forte if injured and it's just the Bears being the Bears on their Cash.

Forte will reportedly get an increase of last years $400K to a nice bump of $7.7 + Million. But like lost most Players on Sunday they want the Big Signing Bonus as well as Financial Security in case they get a career-ending injury and never get Paid.  Welcome to Bears Negotiation Tactics 101....Bears RB Matt Forte. Brees should have been signed in the Off-Season and if the Saints do not want to pay the man let him go and within 2 Weeks into there Season there will be a shortage of Brown paper Bags in the Big Easy....Real Talk.
