The Pelicans hovering around that Top 8 in the NBA West is still formidable as long as they have the "Brow" Anthony Davis. They also need Jrue Holiday to remain healthy as they have the roster to make a run as they picked up both Elfrid Payton (Out Injured) and Julius Randle in free agency quietly an huge pick-ups as they try and set that roster moving forward for Anthony Davis' Summer of 2020 decision.

The Pelicans have to corral both Russell Westbrook and PG-13 and stop them from having those patented scoring spurts they have been getting.
OKC will have to limit others as the "Brow" Anthony Davis is way too versatile for Steven Adams and playing him with a stretch 4 or small forward.
