The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Glazer Family makes quick decision and relieves Buccaneers Lead Man Dirk Koetter of his coaching duties after Tampa misses Winning Time again and that is 11 seasons and counting.
Koetter was the Offensive Coordinator under then Bucs Lead Man Lovie Smith (currently University of Illinois Football Lead Man)when Lovie was fired and Koetter named the Lead Man as the Glazer's were following the trend of an Offensive Mind with then Rookie Jameis Winston.
Koetter will leave Tampa at 19-29 clip and that was headed in the wrong direction from the jump. The Glazer's should have let Lovie played his time out but you know how that is they darn there did the same thing to Tony Dungy as we are all creatures of habit.
All of a sudden Black Monday has become Black Sunday and why start the new year off with a lead man that will not be leading anything in 2k19...stay tuned!
