The Los Angeles Lakers Coaching Staff had to be thinking this was a perfect time to get away and go east and do some damage with the Holiday's coming up and add to out record in the left column which is the win column. Well after a trip top the Rockets where they get blazed 126-111 they bounced right back with a huge "W" in Charlotte 128-100.
The Lake Show then was hit by Wall-Star in #DCFamily Point God John Wall and his 40 point outburst losing 128-110. This game tonight was the game the Lakers had to say lets even things up at 2-2 on the motel swing and get back to El Segundo Practice Complex and Staples still sitting in the middle of the west!
Not happening after LeBron James went game-high 36 points with Zo from Big Baller Brand going off early (11 pts in the first 7 minutes of the game) and adding 23 points with six boards and "Kuz" with 22 the Lakers still couldn't hold off the surging Nets who play lights out near Ebbets Field now the Barclays.
It was that Brooklyn Bench led by Spencer Dinwiddie's 18 points with both Demarre Carroll and Jared Dudley adding 13 apiece that gave the Nets that much-needed help to beat L.A.. Former Lakers Lottery Pick D'Angelo Russell (pictured right) led the starters with 22 points as he waited on some 13 tables (assists) with for #GoHoos Star Joe Harris with 19.
L.A. shot themselves in the foot shooting just 13 of 23 from the charity stripe and that's what cost them to game. Shooting the free ones coming out of the motel you want to be at or around an 80% clip and they were not.
Lakers fall to 18-13 while the Nets move to 14-18...
