Where has the NBA gone as we might as well just roll out the Money Ball Racks have each team shoot 50 and the team with the most makes wins the game. The Houston Rockets rolled them out on the Boston Celtics on Thursday Night and went 18 for 45 led by the reigning NBA .M.V.P. James Harden and his 40-point outburst again!
"Fear the Beard" #13 led five Rockets into double figures as he goes for a game-high 45 points shooting 9 for 18 from Galveston, Texas and 14 for 17 for the "Free" dba Free Throw Line. Rockets "Big" Clint Capela from Switzerland added 24 points and grabbed eighteen boards with Eric Gordon chipping in with 20.
Surprisingly enough Houston kept the C's under 40% from deep and at 47% from the field. Kyrie Irving didn't go off as he led Boston with a quiet 23 points with Marcus Morris adding 19 points and Jaylen Brown dropping 18 off the bench.
Look Celts lead man Brad Stevens knows what the heck he is doing I just think he needs to back to Jaylen Brown at the "2" with Kyrie in the back court and Marcus Smart off the bench. I like Smart's toughness but the Celts need to start better and faster with all their top dudes going from the intros!
Houston moves 19-15 as that "Organized Chaos" 2.0 will send them into "Winning Time" but they won't win playing like this. Boston drops to 20-14 with plenty of concern but it too early to hit the panic button!
