The Bears go into Lambeau Field with the NFC North at stake and they beat the Packers 27-20 as Bears QB Josh McCown was flawless in the passing game and Bears RB Matt Forte goes Marshall, Marshall, Marshall as in HOF RB Marshall Faulk by Land or Air it will get done.
The game may have been decided when Bears DE Shea McClellin hit him and what looked to be a routine tackle. A-Rog apparently hurt his Left Shoulder Non-Throwing Shoulder for later evaluation but that was crucial in the Bears Victory. Bears QB Josh McCown was 22 for 41 for 272 yards and two TDs with no INTs...zero. Did he ever look the part Tonight and Cutler is the QB but even his recent success has to be attributed to Lead Man Marc Trestman. The Game Plan called for a heavy dose of #22 in Navy and Orange and that is what happened and this should have happened years ago. Forte rushed for 125 yards on 24 carries and one in the Cheese Heads End Zone. Forte also caught five Pigs for 54 yards and he was simply unstoppable as the Packers never caught up to Train #22.
Equally as impressive was Packers Rookie RB Eddie Lacy who chewed up 150 yards of green on just 22 carries and a score. It was he lack of a legitimate Passing Game from Packers Back-Up Seneca Wallace that spelled gloom and doom for the Pack. Packer Nation can't blame Wallace as he gets no Reps with the 1's as he still made some plays in the Passing Game throughout the contest. The Packers could not stop the Bears Rushing Attack when the game called for it and they won the battle in the trenches on both sides of the Pig.
The Bears "W" sets up a huge contest at Soldier Field on Sunday November 10 vs the "Restore The Roar" Lions who are both along with the Packers in a Three-Way tie at 5-3.
Note: Bears 2012 1st Rounder DE/OLB Shea McClellin is coming around as he records three of the five Bears Red Jersey Collections vs Packers.
