We found out how valuable Thunder Point God Russell @RussWest44 Westbrook was last season when he went down with that Torn Meniscus didn't we. @KDtrey5 struggled at times as he was most of the time the only viable option for the Thunder at getting Buckets. Now comes the News just in that Westbrook is out an additional 4-6 weeks with Knee Surgery. That problem with any major injury everyone pulls from different Gene Pools and everyone respond differently.

Now with Westbrook out the Thunder and GM Sam Presti have a plan as they chose to let K-Mart the Thunder Alley Special walk to the T'Wolves. Now they are going with Young Regulators like PG Reggie "Chestnut Hill U" Jackson and Jeremy "Silence of the Lamb" to solidify their fire power from an offensive standpoint. Quality Reinforcements and youth and athleticism will keep you in the mix in both conferences. The one burning question I have is did the Thunder address their lack of a Post Presence in the Summer of 2013?

The 2013-14 Regulators OKC Roster as the Thunder embark on the 82-game Trek:

Projected Starters

PG Uncle Russ #0
2G "Swiss Army Knife" Thabo #25
SF @kdTREY5 #35
PF Air Congo #9
C Perk #5

Top Reinforcements

SG "Silence of the Lamb" #11
PG R-Jack #15
PF "Nick of Rock Chalk" #4
PG D-Fish #6
SF/PF R-Gomes #8
C Thabeet #34
C Steven the "Adams Family" #12 (R)
SF Perry Jones #3

Others

SG Diante Garrett #7
SG Rodney McGruder #22 (R)
C D-Orton #33
SF Andre Roberson #21 (R)

(R) = Rookie

Westbrook will be out a projected first month and Reggie Jackson will assume his duties as the 3rd-year to be PG is electric. Vet D-Fish is solid and there is no price for Leadership amongst the troops and Fish brings all of that.

At the Shooting Guard Thabo "Swiss Army Knife" Sefolosha is penciled in with Jeremy Lamb getting minutes.

KD will hold down the Small Forward and Ryan Gomes along with Perry Jones will be @kdTREY5's Caddy for 2 013-14.

"Air Congo" Serge Ibaka had a pretty good season but he has to start turning that corner to be some sort of low post presence...as they inked him an extension and then tried to come in on James Harden with a Low Offer...yeah right! Nick Collison is still a solid back up to Ibaka.

The Big is Kendrick Perkins as they bring along 2013 Top Pick Steven Adams from Pitt the big 7-footer should help the Thunder in the paint.

The lack of Low-Post Scoring will still haunt the Thunder not so much in the 82-game trek but in Winning Time. Could Rip City's All-Star LaMarcus Aldridge be in the mix for a Sign and Trade?
