The New York Jets take their surprising 2-2 record into Atlanta vs the 1-3 Falcons who are on Winning Time Watch and it's just the first week of October. The Jets have Rookie Geno Smith who is a pretty good Sunday-Signal Caller after a home-cooked meal. Coming out of the Motel Geno struggles an playing in a Dome can be real tough.

The Falcons have not regained that Magic from 2012 as the Run Game has suffered with no Steven Jackson and it's not Matty Ice and the "Peach Drop 3" Roddy, Julio, and Gonzo but it's that Defense that has struggled mightily. Is Falcons Lead Man Mike Smith seat have Kingsford Match Light under it or is it in the Smoker for a slow-burn? That Jets "D" is solid and DE Quinton Coples hates practice but the lights are turning on upstairs in game time all of a sudden.

What the JETS have to do for a "W":

Keep Geno upright and the Play-Calling Simple as Geno can make all the throws but let him get a feel than go for those Intermediate Routes to Deep Pigs.

The Run Game with Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell can the Jets get back to ground and pound vs a reeling Falcons "D" that misses Kroy Biermann and Sean Weatherspoon like Miley Cyrus needs Twerk Lessons or more meat on her bones.

They will miss WR Santonio Holmes but the other Jet WRs have to step up like 2012 #1 Stephen "Look Ma'...No Hands"  Hill and Jeremy Kerley and a rejuvenated Tight End Bloodline Kellen Winslow II.

Defensively the Jets are getting after it with DT Muhammad Wilkerson, Backer David Harris, and DE/OLB Quinton Coples. It's simple that Secondary in the NFL is predicated on how good hat Pass Rush or Pressure Packages are and the Jets have been solid.

They will have no CB Dee Milliner but they have Antonio "CRO" Cromartie anchoring a darn good secondary and he will have Julio Jones. Can the Jets takeaway TE Tony Gonzalez as he was a Problem vs the Pats...a big problem!

What the FALCONS have to do for a "W":

Can the Falcons get a Run Game vs the Jets front with no Steven Jackson but Quizz Rodgers being the featured back?

Can Matty Ice carry the Falcons if they need to go Pig w/ Sauce in the Vertical Game on almost every play?

2/3 of the "Peach Drop 3" Julio and Tony will have to carry hr Falcons once again and can Julio get loose on that Antonio Cromartie-Physical coverage? That Match Up is must-see TV...for all you CBs and WRs trying to make a name for yourself coming out of high school or college...watch them closely!

The Falcons O-Line has been banged up will they be over matched vs a Gang Green Front that has been quietly making a name for themselves through four weeks?

Falcons have no OLB/DE Kroy Biermann or ILB Sean Waetherspoon and that has that "D"'s Versatility and Run "D" all out of whack. Can Falcons D-Coordinator Mike Nolan fix it as Jobs are all of a sudden on the line?

The Falcons Secondary with those two 2013 Top Rookies in Desmond Trufant and Robert Alford are learning on the Fly and its up to those Falcon Safeties Will Moore and Thomas DeCoud to play even bigger!

Can the Jets move 3-2 and be a game back of the AFC East leading Pats and tied with the Aqua Boyz 305? The Falcons need to start putting them in the Right Column which is the Win Column since Who Dat is off to s 5-0 start...Yikes!

Winner: FALCONS 34-16 as Matty Ice and the Falcons put #2 on the Board for 2013....

Kickoff...8:40pm ET on ESPN
