It was a forgone conclusion around Christmas 2K12 that Blazers Rookie Point God Damian Lillard would be the front runner for 2012-13 NBA Rookie of the Year. The Numbers Lillard put up for a Rookie at the Point Guard Position in  a League loaded with under 27 year old Point that can flat out play is astounding.
