Both the Minnesota Vikings and Seattle Seahawks Defenses are top-shelf and there is no other way to look at it. A game that was going to come down to "Balance" on Offense if there was such a thing in this one, the Takeaway Battle, and of course the all important "Situational Football" and the Seattle Seahawks walk away victorious in this one 21-7 and it wasn't that close!

A 3-0 Seahawks lead at the break and a 6-0 Seattle early into the 4th as both QBs (Kirk Cousins #SKOL and Russell Wilson #12s) struggled to get anything going up to this point especially the vertical passing game.

For Seattle it was two stops in the Red Zone by that Hawks "D" led by ILB Bobby Wagner (pictured right) from Utah State Football dba #AggiesAllTheWay was dominant. B-Wags what they call him in the "206" was all of that and was mic'd up saying, "They can't pass...they can't run...what they goin do"! Then you add a blocked FG by B-Wags (even though he had help and the Zebras missed it) as that Hawks "D" is so tough especially behind "Louder than Loud" Century Link Field!

12's RB Rashaad Penny 17-yard run

The play that broke the game open was a Russell Wilson scramble as Everson Griffin didn't hold his edge going left and Russ took off as Vikes backer Anthony Barr fell behind Russ in hot pursuit as #16 ran the Wilson pigskin for 40 yards. Seattle scored seven plays later making it 14-0 and they add a fumble return TD late.

The Vikes add a meaningless TD but that Mike Zimmer "D" kept them in the entire game until Russ broke for that 40-yarder late in the 4th.  Key Stat Seahawks ran for 214 yards and most of that didn't do damage as the Vikes "D" was bend but don't break!

Now that #Fight4George NFC Playoff Picture has the Hawks at 8-5 and the Vikes at 6-6 in need of some serious help!
