An early Christmas Gift to all those in attendance as they saw a Top 3 game of the 2k18-19 season at the Capital One Center in the Nations Capital on Wednesday Night. It was the Boston Celtics in an extra frame sliding past the home team the Washington Wizards 130-125.

In a back and forth affair the game came down to Wizards Shooting Guard Bradley Beal made he first free throw making the score 113-111 C's. He had to miss the 2nd free throw and low and behold the miss came right back to him as he grabbed the Spalding orange and right down the lane an uncontested lay-in and just like that 113-113 as we head to that extra frame.

Between timeouts Kyrie Irving (pictured right) had left the bench and what came in was Uncle Drew and Unc went crazy. Kyrie scored . dozen of Boston's 17 in the frame including two money balls one from Landover, Maryland where the old Cap Centre use to be the other from College Park, Maryland right in front of the Fighting Turtle Statue home of the university of Maryland Terrapins. C's win 130-125 not without John Wall getting into his bag as well.

Wall-Star was not to be outdone as John had 8 of the Wizards dozen in extras he just couldn't stay bin front of Kyrie. The reason why Uncle Drew is who he is its the shot-making and play making ability in big moments that makes him almost unmatched at the PG slot. Only Stephen Curry has that kind of ability consistently and those two are my go-to's when the game is on the line from the guard slot.

Kyrie Irving had a game-high 38 points with seven helpers with Morris Twin adding 27 points and nine boards. Marcus Smart chipped in with 18 points with Scary Terry Rozier with 10.

Washington was led by Wall-Star and his team-high 34 points and thirteen helpers. Both Beal and Jeff Green added 22 apiece with Kelly Oubre Jr. dropping 20 off that Wizards bench. Boston moves to 17-10 and the Wiz Kids D.C. falls to 11-17 and no word yet on who is moving in Chocolate City...Wall-Star or Beal or both...stay tuned!
