The Bulls are absolutely loaded and on paper they could and should be Eastern Conference Champs for the 2015-16 season but do not tell that to Team "Hollywood as Hell" 2.0 in the King James and @CavsDan led "Believeland" Cavaliers!
The Bulls also have a much-needed change on the Bench as out is Coach Tom Thibodeau dba "Mad Man" and the winner of the "See Red" Coaching Elections and new "Mayor of the Madhouse" is Fred Hoiberg of Hilton Magic Lore from his Hometown of Ames, Iowa. I expect a seamless transition as the Mayor Offensively speaking will spread it out and let his "Bigs" in Joakim of Hell's Kitchen N.Y.C. and the "Spaniard" Pau Gasol flourish with their Basketball IQ's and passing skills.
That Bulls Style will have players like Nikola Mirotic, Doug "McBuckets" McDermott, T-Snell, and Bulls lead Donut-Runner Bobby Portis of "Woo Pig Soooie" Hoops Lore and Arkansas Wings Elite Nike EYBL Squad flourishing offensively as Thibs ran his top 8 Players like it was the Iditarod!

Bulls Starting 5....you will be hard-pressed to find a better first five than what the 2015-16 Bulls will run out their. Both Jimmy Butler and Pau Gasol were All-Stars in 2014-15 and D-Rose should be back almost 100% and ready to damage. They do not have to do everything as "See Red" as plenty of "Firepower" off the bench and they will be dangerous!
Bulls Bench Mob...the Bench led by A-Brooks of Seattle Hoops Lore, Niko Mirotic who has serious "Game", and the "Tajmanian Devil" Gibson should be #1 in the Logo in Points and efficiency as I see no better bench running this side of the Mississippi but maybe the Cavs or Bucks maybe are comparable! They must spell D-Rose, Butler, Jo and Pau keeping their minutes down.
The "Mayor of the Madhouse"...Fred Hoiberg brings an excellent staff with him as Bulls 3-Time Champion Randy Brown comes down from the front-office to join Pete Myers who is back and Jim Boylen who is one of the best NBA Assistants any team could have. Mike Wilhelm and Charlie Henry rounds that group out. The improvement will come from the Bulls Offense as they should be no lower than the middle of the pack as they play "D"!

If this Bulls Team can stay "Healthy" and get plenty of "Firepower" from the Bulls Bench Mob 2K15-16 Edition they should be north of 58-24 and that's the low end. That window of opportunity is now as hiring the "Mayor" has saved minutes and life of off that starting 5. The #1 question is can the Bulls grab an NBA Central Title from the Cavs and be better than the Bucks and Pacers as "Gold Swagger" is back Rated PG-13!
