The Boston Red Sox at 20-8 head down to the Ballpark in Arlington to take on the 17-11 Texas Rangers. Both Teams have been playing well as the Rangers have cooled just a tad. The Red Sox come in with Pitching Duo Lester and Buchholz as the Rangers have Japanese Import and Ace Yu Darvish. A Key Clash in early May for both.

Left Hand Pitcher Felix Doubrant of Venezuela has had great run support in his starts for the Carmines as he gets the Bump opening the series on Friday as the Ranger throw #3 Pitcher Holland in the mix.

Lackey coming off Tommy John in 2011 is trying to regain his form and is 1-1 out the Gate as he gets Game #2 vs Dominican Alexi Ogando who has a modest 3.38 ERA to start 2013.

The Best Pitching Match Up on Sunday will pit Red Sox LHP Jon Lester vs Rangers RHP Yu Darvish. Lester is 4-0 and Darvish 5-1 with an AL Leading 58 Strikeouts.

It's early but I could see this in October on one side of the Junior Circuit as both Teams are playing well for the most part as the Carmines are trying to runaway with the AL East.
