O's Starter Hammel went 5 2/3 and only allowed 2 Runs but against C.C. Two was Two too many.
Granderson look to get out of his Funk with a 2 for 3 including some New Yankee Stadium Insurance..A Big Fly in the 7th to put the Yankees up 3-1. A-Rod was benched due to ineffectiveness putting it nicely during the Series. The Yankees just do what the Yankees do and they are a Pressure Tight Outfit and nothing seems to phase them as all 4 Pitchers in the Series pitched well...C.C., Pettitte, Hughes, and Kuroda.
The O's had one heckuva ride and they will be even better next Season as they took that Next Necessary Step to get that AL East Crown and make a Run to the Fall Classic. Skip Showalter was a Perfect Fit to head the O's and they were dynamite in 2K12.
Now the Bronx Bombers moving Forward must see the Detroit Tigers loaded with Front Line Starting Pitching in Justin of Comerica and Scherzer along with Big Boppers in Miggy of the D and the Prince of the Motor City.
