STOP
Player Video Tributes

I don't even know which team started the Player Video Tributes its not like NBA Players or other professional athletes Ego's are not stroked anyway right. Like the Boston Celtics giving PG Isaiah Thomas (pictured right) video tribute and all he did was get traded and a nasty trade as both sides had something to say. Thomas played for the C's for what three seasons c'mon who cares move on...

Then there is the Lebron James Cleveland Cavaliers Video Tribute and its been well-documented that LeBron and Cavs Owner Dan Gilbert love each other and the Video Tribute was a round 45 seconds and folks said it could be longer. Just wait until King James Career is done and invite him back home and do the 8 minute video along with #23 heading into the rafters to save fate it's not hard.

Now we move onto January 3rd, 2k19 and the San Antonio Spurs host the Toronto Raptors and I see it coming both Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green come back home. This where you do not do Video Tributes as Kawhi/Spurs didn't end well at all so realistically RC Buford (Spurs President) and Gregg Popovich owe Kawhi zero really. As for Green they could get Green later in a ceremony after he is done playing I don'y know but I know now wouldn't be in the cards.

As for the "Klaw" the audacity to even expect a video tribute after you left the nest is beyond me.  Every player's ego wants to be stroked with no smoke! We have gotten to this point as i get tired of watching the stuff who cares so he won a few Chips in the Alamo City I get it but video tribute so Spurs Nation can give you a send off...please!

On a more serious note when Players, broadcasters or even longtime team executives pass away that's when it fitting enough to get the video tribute...
