The Chicago Bulls had one of them crazy back to backs in the " Logo Watch" as they go from the Motor City last night and jumped on the team chartered Boeing 737 right after that "L" and flew down some 3 1/2 hours to Bush Houston International for a Saturday Date Night" with the Houston Rockets and James Harden.  I was thinking the Bulls had the Chicago West Side Famous Uncle Remus Chicken with the infamous Chicago Mild Sauce on the plane as some prefer Harold's Chicken and that mild sauce.

Enough about Chicken as the Bulls needed to get out early as most teams have no shoot-around prior to a 2nd leg of a back to back motel/motel swing and the teams just arrive early for pre-game to go over the Rockets scouting report. Having worked in the 'Logo" with the Dallas Mavericks 1999-2000 season I know how it goes down.

Th Bulls didn't start fast and paid dearly as they went down 38-22 and cut that 16-point lead to ten 56-46 at the break. The problem was that man James Harden the reigning NBA M.V.P. went for 23 in that first half. He ended with a game-high 30 points as the Bulls go to within four at 62-58 just under the 9 minute mark in the 3rd frame and never got any closer than that.

Houston goes on a 25-13 run to end the frame and the Bulls not making any excuses legs were back either in the "D" 3-1-3 or at the motel. Houston cruises to a 121-105 "W" as all five Rocket starters were in double figures. Clint Capela went double-double with 18 points fifteen boards as CP3 followed suit with a dozen points and thirteen dimes. Rockets were +24 points from Galveston, Texas as Chicago shot just 8 for 32 from Sugarland, Texas.

Bulls were led by Zach LaVine's team-high 29 points and Jabari Parker's 21 points and twelve boards as he looks better and better. Chicago's top 2k17 pick Stretch 4 Lauri Markkanen from "A Players Program" dba Arizona Wildcats added 10 in 26 minutes as the Bulls try working him in slowly but surely as this was his first game back.

Rockets move to just 11-11 and the Bulls fall to 5-19 getting closer to the R.J. Barrett Sweepstakes or is it the Zion Williamson Sweepstakes?
