The Portland Trailblazers in an Elimination Game come out fighting and proves to themselves maybe they can beat the Spurs. A nip and tuck affair to the Break quickly turned into Blazers heading back to the Alamo City down 3-1.

Behind All-Star Point Guard Damian Lillard's cool and clam 25 points and Super-Sub Will Barton's 17 points off the bench the Blazers pulled away in the 2nd half on the Spurs beating them in game 4 by the score of 103-92. LaMarcus Aldridge added 19 points but it was French National Team Star Nicolas Batum going 14 points, fourteen boards, and eight assists that proved to be the clincher for the Blazers who shot well enough to beat San Antonio tonight.

The Spurs shot poorly from the Arc (3 for 18) and the Spurs Starters were outscored 77-52. TP9 led San Antonio with just 14 points on 6 of 12 from the field. It was almost like the Spurs wee going to go after it if they stayed close in the 3rd period but didn't.

Rip City now has something to build on as they head back to the Alamo City down 3-1 on Hump Day...Spurs trying to stay in San Antonio as they go for the 4-1 Knockout!
