The Montreal Canadiens leading at one point in the series 2-1 is now trailing 3-2 as they head back "North of the Border" for Game 6 in an Elimination Tilt. The B's just came out firing and Habs Net Minder Price was under duress all night long.
The B's got it going early as Carl Soderberg made it 1-0 over midway through Frame 1 as he beat Price on a snapper. The Bruins then strike just over a minute in in the 2nd frame as Reilly Smith goes tip-in to make it 2-0 with Jarome Iginla making 3-0 just 32 seconds after Smith as that goal sent the Habs into a Game 5 Tailspin.
Brendan Gallagher finally gets the Habs on the board late in frame 2 making it 3-1 as both Teams scored a goal apiece late in the 3rd for a Bruins 4-2 victory. Momentum is huge in any sport and the B's to their credit used that Iginla Goal to ignite them all the way to the finish. Spokes Net Minder Tuukka Rask stopped 29 of 31 fired on his net with the Habs Price stopping 26 of 30. Each team scored goals on two Power Plays each.
Game 6 moves back to Montreal on Monday May 11th at 730pm ET...
