Neither the Orioles or the Tribe got the Starting Pitching they were hoping for as neither pitcher got past the 5th. The Tribe jumped all over O's Starter Zach Briton in the first frame by scoring a crooked four and that was he key to the victory. In turn Tribe Starter Zach McAllister didn't fare too well either as he gave up four runs on five hits through 4 2/3 innings. A just looking at it from Government names it just wasn't a good Hump Day for MLB Pitchers named Zack at the Jake.

The O's kept it interesting as CF "Adam Bombs" Jones went Solo in the 4th and Manny Machado went three-run Bomb in the 5th to tie things up. Fittingly enough on this night the O's Pen gave the Tribe the lead right back as the Indians scored twice in the bottom half of the 5th to end the scoring and win the ball game.

Tribe back stop Yan Gomes led the Tribe going 3 for 4 with a run scored as he knocked in two ducks off the pond. Tribe 2013 All-Star Jason Kipnis went 2 for 3 scoring twice. The Tribe if they are going to make any hay in the Wild Card have to do it like everyone else with timely hitting and defense as well as pitching.

As we go to press the Tribe is three back of the 2nd place Rays in the Wild Card Race. As they jump the O's and are a game behind the Yankees who are in the #3 slot for the Wild Card.
