The Panthers are in shambles and not getting a WR in the top half of the 2013 NFL Draft is beyond me. That two-headed monster of RBs DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart is non-existent but their Direct Deposits. They have an aging WR Steve Smith and has been or never was Teddy Ginn Jr. as the #2. Yes the "D" is much-improved with the Likes of Backer Jon Beason back joining 2nd -year stud backer Luke Kuechly. This game has Boooooooring written all over it.

The Cowboys have to match them as they play extremely hard. Cortland Finnegan vs Dez Bryant is Must-See TV. Will the Rams unleash 2013 Top Pick Tavon Austin of Morgantown U? Can the Cowboys get RB DeMarco Murray north of 25 carries and get a solid #2 WR other than Bryant and TE Witten? This will be a solid match up for many to see.

Winner: RAMS 27-23 as the Rams young and fast physical nature catches the 'Boys off guard.
