The Baltimore Ravens and Owner Steve Bisciotti did what they were suppose to do locking up arguably one of the more consistent winning Coaches on Sunday in John Harbaugh. It is being reported through numerous media outlets that Harbaugh's New Deal will keep him in Charm City until 2016 and pay him annually around $7 million per.

Harbaugh has led the Ravens to the Playoffs in every season he has been there and they won the Big Bowl last season.
